Hi, I’m Coléte Jones—a Bronx native, licensed associate broker, and real estate professional with nearly two decades of experience turning empty spaces into cherished homes. My journey into real estate began unexpectedly while I was pursuing a career in acting. I got licensed in 2006 and never looked back.

Since then, I’ve built a diverse foundation across cities like Atlanta and Philadelphia, working with everything from student housing to luxury waterfront communities. But as a true New Yorker, I found my way back home and have spent the past 13 years focused on Westchester—especially the Yonkers and New Rochelle rental markets. For 7 of those years, I also managed a luxury apartment community, which sharpened my skills in organization, communication, and creating smooth experiences for both renters and landlords.

In 2020, I earned my Broker’s License and joined Coldwell Banker American Homes in Long Beach. Today, I specialize in helping renters find apartments with clarity, honesty, and a streamlined process that takes the stress out of the search.
